When people think the demands being placed on them exceed their ability to cope, they then perceive stress. WHY ARE THE HORMONES SO IMPORTANT?

The endocrine system may seem quite complex at first, but when you divide it into parts, you actually realize that it is very simple. This network of glands is responsible for the production, regulation and release of hormones in the body.

The glands secrete hormones into the bloodstream. Through the circulatory and lymphatic system, the hormones are being transmitted, acting as chemical messengers responsible for exchanging information between cells and organs to stimulate or inhibit physical processes, while affecting various aspects of bio-processes: 

from growth, sexual development, mood, circadian rhythm regulation, stress management, brain functioning, digestion, creativity, and even psychic abilities. Therefore, the endocrine system has a crucial role - by adjusting the hormone levels it regulates and maintains the whole organism into a state of optimum health.

Dr. Peter Mandel established the classification of three phases in the process of developing an illness, which is related to the dysfunctionality of the endocrine system:

• Endocrine phase

• Toxic phase

• Degenerative phase

If endocrine glands do not function properly, the endocrine insufficiency occurs which represents the first (pre)phase in the process of the potential disease development. After high school graduation at the Department of Inorganic Chemistry, I studied at the University, where I accomplished the Master's degree in Drama & Visual Art.
